I really jumped around between different licenses, not sure of which one to pick. Most licenses are designed for software, which I'm not producing on this site. I didn't like the GPLv3 for how it required the same license to be used in redistribution. The truth is that I don't give a damn whether or not someone steals the content on this site. In my opinion, if there's a possibility of something bad happening, you better make sure that it happens cleanly.
